🚛 Arrival at the Sorting Facility
Dry waste collected by our dedicated fleet is transported to MRFs. Upon arrival, materials are weighed, logged, and prepared for entry into the sorting lines.
🧤 Manual and Mechanical Sorting
Inside the facility, materials are separated using conveyor belts, magnetic separators, air classifiers, and manual labor. This step ensures that recyclables like paper, plastic, metal, and glass are sorted with higher purity and efficiency.
📦 Compression and Packaging
Sorted materials are compressed using baling machines and packaged to minimize volume. These compact bales are ready for storage and transport to recycling industries or resale markets.
🏭 Delivery to Recycling Industries
Finally, the packaged bales are shipped to recycling factories or buyers in the recycling market, where they are reintegrated into the production cycle—reducing dependence on virgin materials and contributing to environmental sustainability.
